Formlabs Post-Processing Machines

Automated Washing, Curing & Finishing Solutions

What Is Formlabs Post-Processing?

Every Formlabs 3D print requires post-processing to achieve its final material properties, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy. For SLA resin printers, that means washing away uncured resin and UV curing the part to complete the chemical reaction started during printing. For SLS powder printers, it means recovering parts from the powder bed and finishing the surface for functional use. Formlabs offers a purpose-built post-processing system for each printer so you can build the right workflow from print to finished part.

Form Wash + Form Cure

The Form Wash and Form Cure completes the post-processing workflow for the Form 4 and Form 4B. After printing, parts are automatically washed to remove excess resin before being UV cured to achieve their final material properties. Together, these systems help streamline the workflow from printed part to production-ready component.
