How to Create a 3DEXPERIENCE ID

If you already had a valid SOLIDWORKS ID, then that email has been merged with the 3DEXPERIENCE ID under the same contact in DSx Client Care. You should be able to use the same credentials to access any site which requires a 3DEXPERIENCE ID. 

 

If you are a new user and do not have 3DEXPERIENCE ID, then you can follow the steps below to create one. 

  1. Request your SOLIDWORKS administrator add you as a contact in DSx Client Care.
  2. Once added as a contact, you will receive a welcome email with an invitation to create a 3DEXPERIENCE ID.
  3. Click on ‘Create your 3DEXPERIENCE ID’.
  4. Enter the corporate email address sent to your in your communication email. (NOTE: This steps is critical).
  5. Fill all remaining fields with appropriate details.
  6. Click ‘Register’.

    IMPORTANT: When you register for a 3DEXPERIENCE account, an automated email is sent to you. The email contains a link that will verify your email. If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. You may have to request IT to add mail id “3dexperience@3ds.com” to the white list.

  7. Verify your email address using the link in the email.
  8. You will receive an ‘Email address verified’ notice. You are now ready to connect with your 3DEXPERIENCE ID.

If you are encountering difficulties logging in, be sure you verified the email address first by replying to that email form. Next, please try again using a InPrivate (Edge), Incognito (Chrome), or Private (Firefox) window. If this log in is successful, please clear your browser cache and cookies, open a new browser window and retry.
