Updating a Mastercam NetHasp License

This update must be done only on the computer on which the NetHASP is attached. This process cannot be completed over a remote connection.

Instructions for using Update Codes:

Verify Serial Number

Ensure the serial number in the email attachment filename matches the serial number of your NetHASP.

Save File

Save the provided license file to the acting server desktop.

Locate File

Locate the file you just saved on server computer and double-click. If the NetHASP is successfully updated, do not proceed to item 4.

Run File

Locate and run NHaspX.exe.

Set Mode

In the NHaspX dialog box, ensure that Mode is set to Local.

NHaspX analyzes the license and displays the serial number and current products.

Mastercam NetHasp Mode

Ensure Serial Numbers Match

Verify that the displayed Serial number matches the serial number provided with your software kit.

Updating Mastercam NetHasp License

Select Update Code File

Select Update code file. The Select an Update Code file dialog box displays.

Update File

In the NHaspX dialog box, select Update. NHaspX updates the SIM and displays the products for which the SIM has been activated.

Change Mode

Change the Mode back to Network.

Complete and Exit

Select OK to exit the NHaspX dialog box.
