Any of these methods will get your case put in the queue for the next available AE. Please include detailed information about your issue and any relevant files to help us expedite a resolution.

Here are a few helpful tips to speed up your support request when using the online or email method:

  • Provide contact information (Your name, Company name, and best way to reach you)
  • A brief description of your request.
  • Sim number
  • A Zip2Go of the file you are working with. How to create a Zip2Go file.

After you have submitted your request, you should expect a phone call regarding your case. If we cannot reach you via phone, we will email you as well. We know your time is valuable and we may ask for additional information or even simply reply with the answer to your request.
