Jigs and fixtures are a great application for 3D Printing, but did you know Markforged can create parts that are not just accurate but extremely strong and durable as well? Alignment jigs can be a load-bearing part of the equipment or can directly hold the part in place during operations. Because it is produced using additive techniques these parts have almost no design or shape limitations, allowing complex surfaces, undercuts, and even complex hollow structures for coolant or connection. Give your manufacturing team the flexibility to design the ideal setup jig or fixture and build it with minimal time and effort wasted along the way with a Markforged printer.
