Step 1 - Choose A Category

Step 2 - Assign Roles

Once you have determined your category, you can begin to assign roles within your organization.  Roles are grouped by job function and contain different sets of applications in order to ensure the best possible tool for each employee.

Step 3 - Unlock Apps

Now that you have assigned roles within your organization, your users will be able to access the apps associated with their role. Apps provide the actual functionality of the platform, for example, the xDesign app offers mechanical CAD design, while the Project Planner app provides project management, task assignment – all in a collaborative environment.
