Achieving a precisely level print bed is critical to consistently producing accurate and high-quality prints.  The final step to leveling the Desktop series print bed is to perform a Bed Level Test Print.  This utility prints a single layer above the bed-level adjustments screws, making it easy to visually confirm the quality of the first print layer across the build surface.  Visually review the result of the bed level test prints to confirm the bed has been leveled successfully.  If the bed is not level, re-run the bed level routine and test it again.
