MLC CAD Systems Expands in Mid-South

Two of the leading SolidWorks value-added-resellers in North America joined forces

ATLANTA & AUSTIN, Texas -- We are pleased to announce that effective July 1st 2006, two of the leading SolidWorks value-added-resellers (VARs) in North America joined forces to provide even better software solutions and services for customers in the southern U.S.A. MLC CAD SYSTEMS, a twenty-four year veteran reseller, and the leading SolidWorks and Mastercam CAD/CAM VAR operating in the southern U.S.A. acquired the SolidWorks business assets and employees of DRAFTECH SYSTEMS. DRAFTECH SYSTEMS, a ten year SolidWorks VAR, and a pioneer in the "technology center" services concept becomes MLC CAD SYSTEMS' Atlanta division.

The acquisition offers DRAFTECH customers the benefits of MLC's seasoned global support by our industry-leading staff of SolidWorks Certified technical and sales professionals.
